Better work.
Behind better care.
The people running assisted living know where the work gets harder than it should. We’re starting by listening.

Earn trust in the details.
Good research starts with honest questions and clear limits. We separate residence-level experience from corporate purchasing views, protect individual responses, and distinguish reported experience from independently verified facts.
Care Operations Lab is a private research and software-development project led by Sean J. Vazquez. We are not affiliated with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Aging & Independence or another regulator.
It is not a regulatory inspection, a facility-rating program or a request for resident records. Published research will not identify participating individuals or residences.
Aggregate findings may inform commercial research reports and software development. Individual survey answers will not be sold as identifiable records.
